I got tire of drinking Full Sail Session Premium Black Lager and Sweet Water IPA.  So I mixed them. Made myself a decent amber ale.

I am completely out of home brew.

Edit: I know nobody cares how I mix my beer. But I am bored stiff. Wife and kids out of town. Bored with Xbox. Fermenter full.

OK but that’s not the same as hanging with me.

I feel your pain about having a full fermenter.  What’s worse for me is mine is a lager!  It’ll be in there forever.  One can only plan the next brew for so long.

Deep sigh.

Mine is a lager too. WLP800 has to be the slowest yeast ever.
