so im just starting out with brewing and i was suggested in another forum to maybe invest in something for temp control my problem is i dont really have a place for fermentation besides a storage closet under my stairs. if i purchased maybe a lowboy fridge or cooler from a restaruant would that work if i bought a temp control system?
You can do something as simple as putting the carboy/bucket in a tub of water and add frozen water bottles as needed to regulate temp. A stick on thermometer helps you know what the fermentation temp is, but on plastic it can be off a couple of degrees.
If you search 'swamp cooler" on NB or B3’s forums you will will find tons of inforon cheap temp control ;D
