Just had that moment when you just closed the top on a hour long mash, started doing dishes and notice your mash tun filter/screen in the dish rack. DANGER WILL ROBINSON, DANGER!

I’ve never done that but have had equally frustrating experiences on brew day. I’m sure you wanted to transfer the mash to a bucket and back anyway, right?

Oh yes, that is what happened! Had to boil some water to bring it back to temp but it all worked out. Well except for I am now out of propane but that is an easy walk down the street.
