The gunk in the bottom of my fermenter after bottling

I seem to remember it can be used for stuff like pancakes or cookies or something or other; any truth to this at all?  I’ve already made (delicious!) bread with the mashed grains and if there’s something else I can do to minimize waste that’d make this process just that much more cool.  Thanks in advance

That’s yeast.  You can pour it into a sanitized container and use it the next time you brew.
