thermometer calibration

Hi folks-

As I was cleaning my keggles last night, I noticed one thermometer read 75 and another 85 in the same conditions.  Can someone post a link or describe the best way to calibrate?  I’ve heard ice water and such, but can’t find a good article on specifics.
