Personally, if I want grapefruit taste in my beer I’ll get it using hops.
I guess I don’t know why it wouldn’t be. All I know is that I was told that consuming grapefruit could be bad for me and I don’t care to experiment with what part or how much.
I am, but it’s because my wife wants me to. Unlikely to be for public consumption. lol
