It took 13 batches to finally exceed my expectations . My latest was a red ale, color not quite what I wanted but the flavor and " drink ability " are far above what I expected. Clear without any fining. A great not mowing the lawn ale. Six months of reading nearly every post on this site helped immensely. Why did I only make five gallons?

Awesome, man !  You know you made a good one when you wish you’d made a bigger batch.

Looks good! The only thing you can do is get a 10 gallon batch going ASAP.
