I have wanted to put the Turbo Pot claim to the test since seeing their booth at NHC 2014. These stock pots are for all intents and purposes the same stock pots that Vollrath sells as their Optio line, except for the bottom. The heat sink clad Turbo Pots are twice the price of their Vollrath Optio tri-ply induction ready counterparts. Turbo Pots are gas stove only stock pots. I ordered the 39-quart model yesterday.
