The biggest millstone they’re ot getting rid of in that bill was the law passed during the previous administration that required the post office to massively pre-fund the retirement and pension system. That’s what has pshed the system to the breaking point.

In my opinion the unions have once again crippled a company as they have with GM, Chrysler, Caterpillar, etc.
