First post here!! I was planning on brewing the Strawberry Milkshake IPA recipe I found on the site. It says to put freeze dried strawberries in the 2nd ferment. My question is do I need to do anything to the strawberries for sanitation purposes or simply cut the bag and drop them in?
just drop them in
I’m making that recipe now. One thing to watch, is the package of my freeze dried strawberries had a silica gel packet.
