It’s going to be a gorgeous weekend here in SoCal - mid 70’s and no rain. (Last week, I might as well have been living in Seattle!)
Saturday - I’m leading the Falcons in a tasting of Holiday beers at the world famous Stuffed Sandwich. We’ve done this tasting for over 20 years at this point and it’s always great. Last year (or two years ago) we had some 1992 Samiclaus.
That’s cool. How long did it take to collect them?
I’m doing the annual club camp-out brew-a-thon this weekend. Our club will be brewing 24 hours (or more) straight starting Friday at 9pm. Anybody near Dade City Florida is welcome to come and brew or observe a lot of brewing.
No brewing this weekend, but I finally emptied 3 kegs last weekend. So I can finally keg my stout and a couple saisons that have been done for a few weeks now.
Fri. Keging 10 gal of Brown Ale.
Sat. Brewing a English Barley Wine for 5 gal. and a ESB for 5 Gal.
Sun. Brewing 10 gal Bohiemian Pilsner.
I am planing on watching alot of football this weekend!
Cleaning bottles and planning an oatmeal stout. Finally have time for brewing week after next, after over two months of work-related travel and a major project. YES.
Brewing up a Belgian Dubbel on Saturday. Then take care of the honey-do list on Sunday. The weather here is definitely on the down slope with winter well on it’s way.
