Anything going on there gents?
For me, I’ll have to clean the 5 kegs that blew free last weekend and catch up on some writing work.

Kolsch or Michelob without the rice ;D
I running a homebrew comp. on Sat. and recovering on Sun.!
No brewing this week. Reorganizing my brewery and planting in my garden. Don’t forget to sniff your airlocks folks!
This non-gent is doing a lambic before the basement gets too warm for the initial fermentation.
I always do stuff backwards… huge stouty beers for spring and summer, and ligher, pale type beers for winter. So, in the spirit of that, we’re doing a Blackberry Russian Imperial Stout on Saturday.
20 gal of RIS. Can’t wait! ;D
Nothing this week. Hopefully finishing my deck. Next week a Helles and after that an IPA with 1450.
Looks like I’m not the only one brewing heavy beers for summer
There’s a rumor of some brewing going on here… Not sure what yet, or if it will happen. 10 gallons of something.
Probably the house pale ale. Since I am out…
Moving my Amber Ale and Double IPA to secondaries today and brewing up a Russian Imperial Stout tomorrow!
My wife thinks im nuts when i sniff my airlock ;D Brewing up a Double IPA this weekend - Pouring a nice pale ale too!
Two brews tomorrow Belgian Tripel and a Chocolate Porter.
Dopplebock… with toasted cacao nibs, vanilla beans and cold brewed italian roast coffee added to secondary!
No brewing here either, and I don’t really have any brewery work to do, so just a nice weekend of enjoying the fruits of my labor
Doing a half-batch AG version of West Coast Blaster (from Brewing Classic Styles). Just now heating the strike water.
Sorry I’m a little behind on the thread. I brewed up 10 gallons of a “Allagash White” like beer and called it “The Writ’s Wit”. This is my first time doing an “all grain” batch by myself. Hopefully I didn’t screw anything up. I met the OG that BeerSmith called for in the recipe, so that was promising. The yeast looked like it was doing it’s job when I checked on it this morning too. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

Brewed a small version of Janet’s Brown (5/16).
