Looks like an American Amber for me
Finally getting to the triple decoction hefeweizen with the wife. woohoo! It will be the most complicated brew day I have ever done. building water from RO, doing a decoction and working with my wife for the whole process (while our child is passed from hand to hand I would guess) I think I will let her do most of the actual work and I will hang with the kid as much as possible. I want it to be her beer as much as is reasonable.

Go Ducks!
Do they have good beer in Dallas?
I will bottle my first pale ale and brew my first thanksgiving specific beer, a maple brown ale.

I’m really not superstitious but that date just rings in my head.
No brewing until 9/18.
Going to brew an American Amber. It will be the fifth in a series of beers I have been brewing for my annual Oktoberfest party, which I have eponymously named Schwandtoberfest. ;D
I’ll be getting the last of the lighter beers out of the way then onto the Winter heavies. Brewing up a 6% abv Pseudo-Schwarz on Sunday Morning. CDA and Westmalle Clone coming up soon!

I don’t, but my wife has been browsing the alumni store for the last couple of days. I’ll have to ask her to keep an eye out
Attending the Husker game on Saturday afternoon and then our LHBC annual picnic in the evening. On Sunday brewing up a 10 gallon extract recipe of Belgian Golden Ale and then a CAP with a decoction/cereal mash with my brew buddy on Monday!

Kegging the fresh hop (Centennial) IPA and brewing an American Brown Ale.
Just finished 10 gals of Kolsch and planning on 10 gals of an English Pale if I can get the yeast ready in time. Probably be ready for Monday. Kegged 5 gals of French Saison, 5 gals of Cali Common and 5 gals of APA.
Then work gets busy and I may not brew again for a very long time
No brewing this weekend. Kegging perhaps.
And I’ll do my best to pick up some growlers from Lazy Monk Brewing when I drive by Eau Claire.
