Who’s brewing today or brewed yesterday?

I’m brewing hopped up version of Janet’s brown using my faux Partigyle post boil dilution technique. If I hit my numbers one will be 6.8 and the other will be 4.9. Doubled the flame out and dry hop mixing in some extra centennial, cascade, and mosaic.

Got to finish by 3 for the Niner game. They better win. I won’t be able to handle them dropping to 1-3

Funny, I did something similar a ~ month ago. I came up on the late and dry hops by a fair amount. I love that recipe. It’s a good canvas to build hops on, but great as is. Good fall beer.

Hopped up Janet’s Brown! That beer is pretty hoppy to start with. Great beer.

Doing a Kölsch. I need something a little lighter on tap next to the Bourbon Barrel Porter.

I made a Brown Ale on Sat.

Got ultra low efficiency. I’m irritated. Putting away pennies for a mill. Ramen diet for the next few weeks should get me there.

I kegged Janet’s brown on Friday and brewed Märzen on Saturday.  First time using a heat stick…amazing.

Brewed a marzen on sunday. went reasonably well.
