Friends. I am looking for some sources of fresh pressed cider for this fall or ASAP. After NHC and the seminars I really want to make a bunch.

I am looking for your local places in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, anything in between or close. Please throw some ideas and locations at me. I am not in the phase to press my own fruit, so a cider mill that will sell unadulterated cider is what I am looking for.

I don’t think they are open until August but my favorite place is Edwards Apple Orchard in Poplar Grove, IL.

The gurus in West MI like Hill Brothers in Alpine MI.

I’ve had good luck getting fresh cider at farmer’s markets.  Particularly the Evanston farmer’s market.
