During the last cold snap, the temperature in my garage got low enough for several days that a bucket with a mixture of star san probably froze. Will it be okay to use, or should I mix a new batch?

I’d thaw it, give it a stir and then check the pH. As long as it’s low, I’d have to think it will work.
