This non-fermentable sugar seems like it might be a great candidate
for back sweetening. It has a great sugar like flavor unlike some other
non-fermentables.
I have an unwritten rule:
Anything that begins with X doesn’t go into my fermenter (except, perhaps, Agent Scully).
Edit: now ya need to change that bc you did write it!
