Gotta love Fermentis’ descriptions. They have K97 as spicy, phenols good for saison, wheat beer. Could not be further from the truth. Oh and I really want to try S04 for tripel…
Maybe the BJCPs need retrained to appreciate the fruity pilsners. ;D
