I liked the lastest article about Falstaff Brewing…all the historical info… plus the pre-prohibition recipes. and yea, ‘spend a day brewing with Charile’ would be a good read.

1.  Myth busting segments.

That would be cool. There is soooooooooo much conflicting information available that is either bad or just confusing.

As long as it’s done in a relatively scientific manner and not the “our one try did/didn’t work therefore the myth is true/false” methodology that those clowns on TV use.

I’d love to see a segment on shooting beer cans through walls.  ;D

I really like the urban-brewer article in the current issue, and plan to try that 3-gallon Belgian, perhaps with local lavender. I’d like to see more articles about managing in tight spaces and easing the physical process. I also like the equipment articles, even when I’m not going to do those projects.
