I bought a six pack Saturday, canned 7/7/21, most likely from N.C.  I found it malty and well balanced but not dry by any means.
I am not overly fond of this style and much prefer the Festbiers.  I really enjoyed the collabs they did with the German breweries a couple years back.

I just had a pint on draft yesterday and I was honestly surprised at the sweetness. Not cloying, by any means, but I really don’t look for any sweetness in the style. This is disappointing, especially considering how good their Ofests have been in recent years.

Seems to be a trend developing…sweeter on the east coast.  Maybe a coincidence.
