Not bad! Hopefully it will get used for good beer in North Alabama.

Outside of Nashville. I start working at a new brewery a week from today but I do have some people who are interested in opening a pub in the Hampton Cove area. Right now I’m satisfied with this new job which is going to be the highest salary I have accepted in the brewing industry thus far. I’m kinda excited!

Smart move.

Do not take me wrong. Brewery had been good to me but at the end of the day it is a lot of work.

That is one of the things I keep thinking: do I really want to do all of this on top of 12 hour days again? I think I could do it smarter this time … but who knows.
