I recognize I’m bumping this thread after a stretch of hibernation, but I am part of a group of facilitators that will be leading the Officer Boot Camp in San Diego as part of HomebrewCon 2023. We are planning to have a workshop format where Officers can share successes and obstacles in running their clubs. I’m going to be looking to review some Club By Laws ahead of the workshop to see if I can find some common themes that may be helpful to share with the Officers in attendance and ultimately all Clubs through some yet to be determined manner.
