…My homebrew club is flourishing, but almost everyone is just north or south of 60 (I’m 63). I’d love to pass on the reins on leadership to a young buck, but there’s no one who fits the bill. I’m not even sure what the solution is. The younger generations seem to have no desire to do anything but stare into their phones.

That’s interesting. There are a few of us 60 somethings, but most of the guys in 256 Brewers is ~40 or so from my estimation.
