I want to brew an Altbier

This thread has inspired me to brew an alt this morning.  That, and the fact that a guy in the local club gave me a slurry of WY1007. 

Sadly lacking in Spalter hops and Caramunich, this is what I came up with my current inventory

10 gallons, OG ~1.048

20 lbs. Avangard pils
1 lb. Avangard munich
1 lb. Weyermann Caramunich
5 oz. Weyerman chocolate wheat

Mash-in at 154°F for 60 min

2 oz. Halleratuer Mittelfrueh FWH
1 oz. Perle 60 min
0.5 oz. Northern Brewer 60 min
2 oz. Tettnanger 20 min.

Looks tasty to me. The NB is an interesting choice.
