It’s interesting that the conversion was fine at that pH.  Enzymes are forgiving.

I laughed at detecting a 1 percent change in attenuation too. I though he was making a joke until I saw his recent post.

If you do anything the number of times Bryan has brewed beer you’d be damn good at picking up the nuances. If someone with 10 batches said that my antenna would go straight up.

I’ve been a fly on the wall in his brewery enough to know that what he says is legit. That’s just my opinion though.

Really disappointing to hear. I hope everyone is taking note of this. There are real consequences to the needless bickering/trolling/BS.
