im not trying to mindlessly hype AI aka LLMs.
But, 3 weeks after kegging the beer i heavily used AI to create - it is an absolutely excellent beer that nearly fulfills what was requested in the prompts. i was aiming for a strong berry presence, but instead ive got an extremely competent hazy pale ale(?) that has in-your-face notes of pineapple, papaya, peach etc with a great overall balance in terms of sweetness, bitterness etc. if i got this at a bar i would be extremely pleased with it.
in the first 7 to 20 days after kegging i will say there was a lot of onion/cat piss going on, but tasting it today this is great.
again not saying this one data point indicates AI will solve all our problems, but..
