I am a retired Army Aviation Crewchief that learned to love beer while stationed in Germany in the early 90’s. I started my passion for brewing there. Over the decades, evolving my equipment, style, and process. Currently I am retired and own a Beer and Wine making supply store in Murphy NC. Along with Brewing, I hunt, make my own brats, breakfast sausage, summer sausage, can my own goods and generally like to be self sufficient. Seems I like to eat as much as I like to brew beer!
