Partially completed: I got two more long-term, mixed-ferm batches aged on local plums this year. Still no go-to recipe for dark ales.

2025
- Keep iterating my mixed-ferm farmhouses. Maybe try to collect a local culture from the land we bought this past summer.
- Spend a little more effort on dark beers.
- Keep working on my Thanksgiving (cranberry blonde / wheat) and Christmas (dark & spicy winter warmer) beers.
