Accidentalis is back at it

I won’t bore you with a long story. We just pulled up roots in Texas and moved to the middle of North Kansas. I brought my brewery and cellar with me and jump back into my brewing journey. Some of you will remember I blogged at Accidentalis.com, and I’ve moved it to a new platform, where I now have more time and fewer distractions.

Format is a bit different, and hopefully more informative with deeper dives into science and perspectives. I won’t post articles here or anything, but would love to get some feedback on the new direction.

Cheers, Matt Chrispen

I had to read the Sugar browning article. Nice work.

Thanks! Hope you all are having fun! I need to make it back up there one of these days!

NOLA was fun with family.
Heading to Santa Fe April 1. If we drive back through KS end of May we will let you know.

Hope y’all have settled in there.

Jeff

If you have time a stop at Bombs Away brewery in Abq is good. Or if heading north Bathtub Row in Los Alamos where you can have a beer next to Oppenheimer’s and Bethe’s houses

Been to Bathtub Row several times. Haven’t been to Bombs Away, see it is down by Kirtland AFB.

Le Cumbre and Bow and Arrow are usual stops in ABQ.

Rowley’s and Second Street in Santa Fe are good. I stay walking distance from the Santa Fe Brewing’s Brakeroom taphouse, and they always remember us there.

Just remembered that on a stop at Bathtub Row we were told the Beer garden was making too much noise when the movie Oppenheimervwas being filmed. They were paid to be closed for a day or two.
