Hey y’all - hopefully I’ll see some of your smiling mugs next week in Asheville. One of the first things I’m doing is hosting a big bootcamp seminar for clubs to talk about their needs and ideas for helping clubs stay healthy and alive in this hobby.
Obviously the big concerns are recruitment and retention, but I’d love to be able to front load the conversation with anything you have - questions, experiences, things you’ve done, ways your club continues to be rocking.
So if you can’t make it to the bootcamp, drop a note. Hell even if you can make the bootcamp, drop a note, spark a conversation!
