Anyone know the mash efficiency of the Adventures in Homebrewing recipes? I’d like to brew one of their all-grain recipes, without purchasing the all grain-kit, scaled to my brewhouse.

Normally, printed recipes are 70% or 75%, but I don’t want to make any assumptions.
