Alhambra reserva 1925

Greetings all,
I spent some time in Spain earlier this year and found a really great beer called Alhambra reserva 1925. Apparantly this beer is brewed after a signature beer back in 1925. It is a lager with a smooth taste and a little kick.
I have tried to find a clone or any recipe that I could use but to no avail. There are ALE recipes but no lager recipe.
If anyone knows how to brew this beer please give me the recipe.
By the way, highly recommend Spain as a place to visit. Great people, great food, great beer!
          Thanks in advance!

What to do to be successful, there is an easier way.

Couldn’t you simply use a lager yeast to ferment the Ale recipe?  Alternatively, BYO has a section where the “Replicator” goes and writes a story about a particular beer, then tries to replicate it.  Maybe you could write to BYO.

Yes, I have been to Spain and yes, it is a wonderful country; the sangria was phenomenal.  We visited Spain in the early ‘70’s followed by a short stay in Portugal.  While we found the experiance in Spain to be very pleasant and enjoyable, our stay in Portugal was exactly the opposite.  The people were rude, insulting, brash and very ignorant.  We would love to return to Spain, but would never recommend a visit to the neighboring country of Portugal.
