American and 2 brown recipe critiques and or suggetsions :)

So I put together 3 recipes one is a American brown and other 2 are English Browns

Feel free to tear me down and  make suggestions… I don’t get upset i welcome  the critiques and  suggestions :)  Rather brew good beer than  swamp water …LOL 
What would you add , change or remove… and why???  :stuck_out_tongue:

Yeast  planning to use: Wyeast 1056 (so that I can ferment all at same time under same schedule…make my life simpler)
Temp schedule: 62F
Mash thickness: 1.55

Northern English Brown #1  (More brown malt)

Without an English yeast, will you really get the character you want?  1056 is gonna be awfully clean compared to an English yeast.

Maybe try an English yeast and vary your temps to get more esters in the British and cooler for the American to suppress flavours. But I think two yeast will give you the best results.

I can do the 2 yeasts. For sure no problem

But how do the grain bills look?
Assuming I use wlp002 or sim.  on the northern versions and wyeast 1056 on the American.?

By the way though,  Thanks for the  Yeast suggestions… I actually thought to do the 2 yeast but your right, need the 2 different yeast strains as you pointed out…

Nothing really looks outside the range there from the grain side of things.  1028 is another forgiving option for the English Browns.
