Four Roses Single Barrel - a high rye bourbon at 50% abv (but I used a little water), sweet, but not too sweet
one Scotch -
Glenmorangie Lasanta - great example of wood finish - primary aging in bourbon casks, and then two years finish in sherry casks (both olorosso & Pedro Ximenez)
one Beer -
Ola Dubh 12yr - wanted to finish with lots of flavor, it’s 8% and aged in Highland Park whisky casks as a bonus
