I think breweries have entered a phase where you need great food, great entertainment, a great space, and great beer that continually evolves with people’s tastes. That’s a lot for one small business to master.

It is different times for sure and tough to see how tough it has gotten for many homebrew shops and breweries.
IMO, similar to a LOT of “brain storms” that peter out. In the past “Outlet Malls”. Then, self contained cities (Walk to everything. However, no one wants to actually walk to anything.) Then? Breweries. Now, gambling casinos.
