Don’t know if you have met Chris Colby - used to be the editor of BYO. He lives there and was recently brewing for Neighbors. He had a stroke and is still in recovery. Once he’s out of rehab, you can probably catch him at BBC downtown. He’s often on Basic Brewing podcasts, has authored several brewing books, and my old brewhouse is featured in one of them.
