I have had a ew days to let my wet hopped IPA age to marry the flavor so now here is what I find from using the Apex San Diego dry yeast in my wet hopped WCIPA. The flavors and esters from the yeast seem to be about the same as from 1056 which has been my go to yeast for the style for years although any differences are a bit disguised from the hop presence in the beer. So yes, this yeast seems to be a good choice for this beer. I will continue using it, as I acquired a half brick of it from a local brewery.
