He’s not a sophisticated brewer, but given the circumstances (!), I’m amazed he does it at all.

By the way, I’m not one of those that thinks it’s bad to cross reference forums. We all view them, we all post (or have posted) on them at one time. I don’t see the big deal with cross posting forums. People who think it is a big deal need to chill the eff out. Everything will be okay, I promise.

Boy do we have it lucky here in the lower 48. Even with the inane alcohol laws occasionally limiting us in many ways, we don’t have the problems of the far north…though he can lager all year round, I bet!
Yeah, he’s probably not funking too many out with high ferm temps. I’ll quit grousing about the prices I’m pay…for awhile.
