Hey Guys, This is what I came up with for maiden voyage batch on my new 1/2 barrel system. I wanted to go with something middle of the road but It looks like if my effeciency improves with this system I might have a pretty big beer. My old system was around 65% eff so I based it off of that and bumped it to 70%. I hope the new grain mill will improve it to at least that. Let me know what you think. I didn’t really know where to go with the hop combination so any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
