A Guatemalan friend gave me a bottle of Cabro Reserva.
Looking for information. I don’t understand Spanish. Searching the 'net, finding hits, but then the Spanish to English translation is wonky.
Anyone have direction knowledge of this lager?

It’s possible I’ve had it while in Guat, but I don’t recall for sure. (My daughter-in-law is Guatemalan, and I’ve visited there several times.)
Is there a specific question you have about it? I can ask her family…
I haven’t had it, but having gone to Costa Rica in February, I very much enjoyed the locally brewed beer there called Imperial, a very malty pilsner. I would guess this is a similar type of Central American lager.
Just general impressions. I had the following impression drinking my first bottle.
Not much carbonation head when poured. Aroma similar to US commercial pilsners. Yellow/straw color. Interesting taste. A bit sweet. Similar to Gansett.
Please realize this was in a bottle. Whom knows the journey, how it was treated, on its way to me.
