So I’m trying to save a lot of money on this batch by using ingredients that I already have. I’m still going to try and stick as close to BJCP guidelines as I can though.

- .5lb Victory
- .25lb Chocolate Malt
Hops
- 1oz Fuggle @ 60min
- .5oz Fuggle @20min
- .5oz Fuggle @ 5 mins
Yeast
Safale- 04; Reusing 1/3 of a yeast cake from a currently fermenting amber.
I’m afraid that might be too much chocolate malt. What do you think?
