Thought an “all things” thread might help current and potential users of the following all-in-one (AIO) brewing system.
These are the same, Chinese manufactured, 304 stainless steel (SS) base system (2025/2026 USD prices shown)::
Delta Brewing Systems (out-of-stock for about a year now)
- Released ≈2020
- $485 (“from-memory” estimate) includes $50 neoprene jacket
Vevor
- Released ≈2022
- $225-$250 (online retailer dependent)
Clawhammer Supply
- Released 2025
- $600 (+$75 for wort chiller included w/ Delta & Vevor)
These share a 9.2-gallon/35-liter capacity, solid state controller/electronics, 100-1,800 Watt variable heating elements, and magnetic-drive pump with recirculation arm.
US/Canada versions are 110/120V while others can be 220/240V.
Included accessories:
- SS malt pipe/basket with lift handle, center overflow pipe, and upper/lower SS screens
- Kettle lid
- SS hop spider
- SS (kettle drain) ball valve with bazooka screen
- Neoprene insulating jacket for the Delta system
- $50 (from Delta) if purchased separately
- 29-foot (9 m) by 3/8-inch (10 mm) stainless steel immersion chiller for Delta & Vevor
- $75 additional fee with Clawhammer
Some feature differences include:
- Delta - stainless steel instead of glass lid
- Clawhammer – recirculation pump relocated from under-interior to the exterior side of the unit with hosing and inline ball valve
- Vevor/Clawhammer – telescoping malt basket overflow pipe with Delta using threaded
More to come and look forward to others thoughts and experiences.
Thanks
