I was checking out the Weyermann website about Weyermann® Floor-Malted Bohemian Dark Malt and realized, I don’t think this is a pilsner malt but more akin to Munich. Is this the case and will a 60 minute boil be sufficient?
60min IME is just fine for even all pils.
