Denny, I went to the steemit website he mentioned and looked at his blog. This guy is definitely mentally ill.

sounds delicious
Of all the info posted, the banana juice is the only bit that really makes sense or interest me. I’d be down to try it.
If you’re interested in using bananas, check out the advice from Joe Formanek in Homebrew All Stars.
Thanks. I snagged the kindle copy a while back. Mostly to read Amanda K’s section.
And I just remembered Goulds.
There is a neighborhood in Florida, it is right at the edge of Goulds, and there is a highway. On one side of the highway there are a mix of people, white people, latinos, and Jamaicans and Haitians and everyone. And on the other side if the highway its just Jamaicans and Haitians and everyone. And you can’t be White on that side at night or someone will stop you. We got car jacked once, and I got videos of 2 murder scenes, because people were getting killed so often we just happened to be near 2 murders. And we used to hang out with the Jamaicans at an illegal bar that they had in the back of a warehouse, it was like where you lift up the garage part of the warehouse for the trucks to pull in, but they had a bar and sold backwoods for blunt wraps and stuff.
And I lived with a Mexican guy while I was there, and they invited us to a barbeque and the Mexican guy thought they were going to eat us, because he believe that like Lil Wayne and Birdman worship the Devil.
Have you ever thought of fermenting the bananas with marijuana, tobacco, and peppers? I bet a wine yeast would be good for that and you might even get some good esters; which we all know most men don’t like right?
I think you have some impressive willpower for not snorting crack with Mexicans. Maybe they can help get your ideas off the ground? Personally, I think you should start a cult or something where you and your followers can bring all of your ideas (which we are all jealous of) to fruition. The crack snorting Mexicans and meth addict hotel goers can join.

Oh, and in Goulds I lived with Ricky Martin’s old Manager. When he was a kid he was in a band called Menudo, and this guy owns the Music. And he has videos of himself with Ricky Martin, and a video of a news story where he created a band called Explosion, but the contract he had with one of the kids was void because it was made in Puerto Rico, and so when he took the kid to do a concert, he was basically kidnapping him. But he showed me all that. His name is Darrin McGillis and he used to call my family asking them to call me and tell me to stop talking about his failed political campaigns (he ran for Governor of Florida).

Have any of you ever used Enartis Yeast, because otherwise, I don’t know why anyone but me is posting here. And if you want to blame me for all the off topic posts that’s fine, but you are wrong in doing so.

No one but you cares about Enartis yeast. Why do you continue to post about it?
It seems like you guys are just trolling, thinking maybe I will decide that you guys are too annoying and I will run away or something. But I am just posting about things I am doing, and people keep coming and acting like I need to do other things. And it is really just stupid. Can everyone just stop posting on my threads unless they have something that is relevant to the topic?
No one but you cares about Enartis yeast. Why do you continue to post about it?
Then why did they click a link that says nothing but “Enartis”? And proceed to continue to click it over and over and over, and post in it. It seems that people do care, or “Enartis” has a different meaning in their language and they are accidentally clicking into the wrong thread.

I’m going to be posting about these brews on the blogs, or at least Steemit. I might make a new blog for brewing, I have like 4 going right now.
I also posted about this in the Original post.
But I am probably also going to make mixes and test different things like Glutithione. I used to make videos where I took various traditional and rainforest and desert plants and made traditional teas from around the world, as well as mixed components of different teas, which had probably never been done before, just to see what happened. Since all the teas were supposed to have mental or physical effects. And I will probably make a few brews to test that kind of stuff again and record the results. There is some bleeding edge research that has not ever been clinically studied regarding CYP450 Enzymes and different molecules, to see what happens to certain things when they go through your liver.
And, I am pretty sure you guys are already probably discussing this somewhere on the site. But Glutathione in the enzyme in your liver that breaks down Alcohol, so if you block Glutathione you can actually get drunk easier and longer, because your body will not get rid of it as fast.
And Cinnamon and Vanilla are known to deplete Glutathione, so if you make a Cinnamon or Vanilla flavored alcohol you will actually get drunker from it. And there are other Enzymes that can be effected, for example, by Grapefruit juice. So you can make biologically complex and diverse brews with different effects.
It is similar to how Bitter Orange, White Lotus or Absinthe do more than add flavor, they add an actual effect. But all of those contain their own active ingredient. This wouldn’t really be “active ingredients” but activation and deactivation of enzymes such as Glutathione.
Just noticed some threads, and thought I would put them here so they are all in one spot in the future as we are making stuff and posting it here.

How to Make Sake at Home - American Homebrewers Association
Hot rice (燙飯; pinyin: tàng fàn): The steamed rice used to make the wine is cooled in the open air until it is still relatively warm before processing.
Cool rice (凉飯; pinyin: liáng fàn): The steamed rice used to make the wine is quenched with cold water before further processing. The unfiltered mash for this wine is sometimes eaten as a dessert or used as an inoculant for other Chinese wines.
Feeding rice (加飯 or 餵飯; pinyin: jiā fàn or wèi fàn): Steamed rice is continuously fed into a fermenting mixture (up to three times), which produces a sweeter wine.
Fortified: Distilled Chinese wines are added to the fermenting mash, which increases the concentration of alcohol in the mash and halts the fermentation process. This leaves a significant quantity of unfermented sugars, thus producing an especially sweet tasting wine.Cereal, Ice Cream Cones and Graham Crackers in the Fermenting process

Herb and Spice Pairings with Wine | Wine FollyAdducts and Esters An Adduct is the creation of a new molecule by combining 2 whole molecules in such a way that both molecules are still intact, but are now combined into 1 new molecule (similar to how 2 Amino Acids come together to create a Peptide). Esters are formed by Carboxylic Acid structures (meaning any part of a Molecule which looks like an Amino Acid) combining with Acids.
Terpenes Myrcene is the Terpene in Hops. Mangoes are an example of a fruit that contains Terpenes, specifically a Terpene called Myrcene. Terpenes are an entire subject unto themselves. Terpenes are what make up many of the smells and flavors we recognize from herbs and spices. Myrcene is slightly analgesic. Lemonene, is another Terpene. Lemon Grass can be bought cheap and in bulk, and contains both Lemonene and Myrcene in large amounts. Myrcene can also be found in beer, as it is what gives Hops their smell and flavor.

Yes, but that’s not what we’re here for. Please refrain from further comment about this.
And this line is the most important piece of evidence so far
Several allylbenzenes have been proven to form up to 3 alkaloid metabolites after ingestion by several animals. The alkaloids detected in animal urine are tertiary aminopropiophenones of 3 possible subtypes: dimethylamines, piperidines, and pyrrolidines.
The Godfather of Ecstasy, Sasha Shulgin, pointed out that many common Herbs in the spice cabinet can be turned into Phenethylamines. For example, Fake Vanilla can even be turned into a Phenethylamine, and Sesame Oil, and Dill Seed Oil, and all those can all be turned into Phenethylamines by adding an Ammonia molecule, which adds an Amine. And in your liver, your have plenty of Ammonia. So he thought that they would turn into Phenethylamines. But he was wrong, and they actually turn into those 3 subtypes. Dimethylamines, Peperidines, and Pyrrolidines. So they do turn into something in your liver, its just that the scientists of the past speculated wrong.
So what I am going to do is make a few brews with the concepts behind the Enzymes, and see what works. Then I will post the results so that other people can try it if they want.
And all it is is adding different herbs to brews. It’s not any different than flavoring a ferment, it is just that you carefully select your flavors and smells for their chemical make-up.
Shulgin:
As the old folk-wisdom says, “Nature is trying to tell us something.”One of the banes of the archivist is having to choose one pattern of organization over another. The book store owned by a language scholar will have the German poets and playwrights and novelists here, and the French ones over there. Next door, the book store is run by a letters scholar, and the poetry of the world is here, and the plays of the world are there, regardless of the language of origin. The same obtains with spices, and essential oils, and phenethylamines. The spice cabinet is a rich source of chemical treasures, each source plant containing a host of com-pounds, some of which are true essential oils. And the next spice from the next plant has some of the same components and some new ones. Does one organize by plant (spice or herb) or by essential oil (phenethylamine)?
