Barke has more white “wonderbread” character without the grass and mild herbal flavor that the bohemian malt has. Barke seems to have a slightly fuller mouthfeel as well.
i was waiting to post here, but vienna gives a raw dough/bready complex element i find. i think it could be a player for sure in a very bready character
Hmmm, “wonderbread” or “white bread” don’t bring anything good to my mind in terms of flavor. I guess i will stick to the floor-malted pilsner. It is a bit pricey but I know I can get it.
