- kettles are repurposed 15.5 gallon sankey kegs with tig welded fittings. Capable of 10 gallon batch size.
- All kettles have stainless or copper pick up tubes and integrated temperature probes-Mash tun is jacketed with 1 inch of mineral wool insulation
- Includes a hot side magnetic drive pump to perform transfers and operate the RIMS or HERMS system to maintain and change mash temperature rests. Includes high temp resistant silicone tubing with CPC quick disconnects
- Includes 2 copper coil heat exchangers, one for chilling the wort and one to use operate the RIMS system.
- Includes a separate pump to pump cooled tap water through the immersion chiller to improve chilling times.
