homebrew gifts

they are “growler tippling cups” (I tried “growler” on amazon… )
He likes IPA but, well, he is a homebrewer, so he is interested in many styles!

If you want to spend a pile of money and he’s into cask beer, you could get him a beer engine.

If he likes barrel aged beers and you think he’d like to fill one himself, you could buy him a new barrel.  Alternatively you can get him a stand to hold a barrel and let him find a used barrel on his own (since you don’t know if he’d prefer red or white wine or bourbon or whatever).

Or maybe just get him something for the brew cave rather than brewing gear itself.  You might be able to find a nice decoration - sports memorabilia, neon or a framed beer sign, autographed picture of John Palmer . . .  ;D

How about a custom growler.  Personalized just for him.

Or personalized pub glasses if he has a “pub” or “brewing company” name/logo.

Tickets for you both to goto Brugge…I hear the tulips are divine in the springtime…and
the beer…well definately are some good ones there.

hehehe sounds like my husband’s talking…

thanks all for your suggestions I’ll see what is doable around here and within budget.

Those are cool! I have a CNC router… I could make those. Why haven’t I done that!?

You can get plain paddles cheap and go into business

Once the design is set it’ll be easy to crank them out on demand.  Looks like a pretty good markup.

Wow… $15.00 is cheap. That’s a good find. However… and there is always a however in life… I like the idea of making them all in house, though… I can control the quality of hard maple myself. Plus, I like the expanded end on the handle side I’d have if I made them fully in my shop.

If you’ve got the tools, go for it.  Let me know if you need any beta-testers ;D

Ahahahahha! So guess what? My wife gives me three awesome things for my mancave/brewery and then tells me, “you remember the lady that posted on your forum? That was me!!!” LOL. I’ll post pics shortly, but I thought you guys would be interested in being let in on the secret.

Now, on to make biscuits and sawmill gravy! Merry Christmas!

    8) 8) 8) 8) ;D ;D ;D ;D

This last one is a play off of a poster I already have: http://www.keepcalmandcarryon.com (history: History - Keep Calm and Carry On Poster)

Was that swmbcherished?  Or the other one?  I just liked the name…
