Really cool Drewman! 8)
that’s great man!
I think you should talk to us about the honey pacifica avacado honey. Great company, I like their honey but I haven’t had the chance to use avacado honey yet. cheers, j
congrats on the publicity!
Come to the AHA Conference in SD!
And I tell you what - that’s the cold packed raw honey (aka no heat, minimally filtered) and man it ain’t cheap. That 3 lb jar cost $18!
It’s also dark and tastes / smells like molasses.
I hear moles have stinky breath too.
I should make the 1/1.5 hr drive south sometime and join a meeting, your club is one of the most prolific in the nation and I could learn some stuff!

Man do I wish I could make it. I just finished up a braggot made with their orange blossom honey (same price) :o but WOW was I impressed with the quality of their honey. I’ve created a couple mead recipes that would involve either the avocado or buckwheat honey blended with a lighter honey; I just haven’t had the time to make them. Ok, I’ll wait till after the conference but then we should discuss this subject again. cheers, j
Cool write up Drew, congrats!
Nice Drew. I’m glad you are a real human. That avatar looks too much like the back-cover of a novel.
Euge, ha!
Here’s the photo my avatar is from.

WOW, Corsendonk crutches! I gotta get me some of those!
Great article Drew!
Nice T-shirt you were wearing in the article. I have often said that opening a brewery is just an excuse to sell T-shirts.
What an awesome shot of your brewshed. I love the lighting.
Great article. And very nice brew shed/garage. Looks quite… organized.
Shameless publicity whore…oh, waitaminnit, that’s me!
Nice writeup, buddy!
Hell, I’m pretty shameless too!
Although I have to laugh at that first pic of me and the yeast jar. Look like I have freaky long fingers.
