I think I found the problem ...

… to the lively faucet issue.  I was in that fridge swapping out the keg and while I was in there I just checked a few things.  The beer line I’m using is the very stiff, very thin and opaque stuff … I forget what it’s called but something like BevFlex Ultra or something.  It’s not the softer, clearer, thicker stuff.  As I was inspecting it, sure enough there was a kink in the line.  The fridge is VERY crowded so maybe I pinched the line somehow.  I used a pair of pliers to sort of get it back into a round shape.  In the locked thread I mentioned that some kegs on that line behaved while others did not and my guess is that the line could be pushed into a position where it’s okay on one keg and kinked on another keg.  I was actually shocked when I saw the kink because this stuff is tough.  Very hard and very strong.

That’s great, Ken. Just shows that when you look for obvious solutions you may be overlooking something.
