How are you celebrating International Bacon Day?
mmm, breakfast is no challenge, blt sandwiches for lunch, bacon martini at cocktail time, a pork-fest for dinner, bacon ice cream for dessert. gotta remember to put this in as a recurring event on the calendar.
life its own-self is all the excuse for a party we need, but events like this certainly help,

Just got back from a week in the mountains. Celebrated with buttloads of bacon, and even some chirizo. (sp?)
I got a black pig being grown for me, sucks I can’t grow him myself. Need a acre pasture to grow one. This fall we will be making our own bacon. We will keep you updated on this.
